GTR 0-500
TENNIS EVENTS
These events are run for beginner players who are learning the game. It is played on a modified (red ball) court. Scoring is modified, serving is under hand and matches are round robins. Events normally last between 1-2 hours depending on draw size and venue.
GTR 500-1000 TENNIS EVENTS
These events are run for older players who are learning the game. It is played on a modified (orange ball) court. Scoring is modified, serving is under or over hand and matches are round robins. Events normally last between 90 minutes and 2 hours depending on draw size and venue.
GTR 1000-2500 TENNIS EVENTS
These events are run for older players who are at different levels of learning in the game. It is played on a modified (green ball) court. Scoring is normal no ad scoring, serving is normal 2 serves and matches are round robins. Events normally last between 90 minutes and 2.5 hours depending on draw size and venue.
AAT 2 STAR EVENTS

GTR 2500-3500
TENNIS EVENTS
These events are run for players who are learning tennis tournament play. Matches are full court with modified balls to to make the game slower and easier to manage. Matches are shorter to allow for more matches. It is played on a full court, scoring and rules are normal. Events normally last between 2-3 hours depending on draw size and venue.
GTR 3500-4500 TENNIS EVENTS
These events are run for players who have reached intermediate tennis tournament play. Matches are full court, normal balls. Matches are shorter but more intense. Players use these events to prepare themselves for provincial or national tournaments. Events normally last between 2-3 hours depending on draw size and venue.
GTR 4500-6000 TENNIS EVENTS
These events are run for successful players who are at an advanced level of learning in the game. Events are for top provincial and national level players planning on becoming a top level player. Events can last the one to days depending on abilities as it is a knockout format.
